About This Role:

We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Benefits module and be responsible for providing expert-level configuration and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and hands-on configuration for Workday Benefits module based on business needs.">
  • Configure and manage benefit components, including eligibility rules, plan setup, and enrollment processes.">
  • Analyze Workday release updates and assess their impact on existing Benefits configurations.">
  • Recommend and implement necessary changes to ensure continuity and compliance.">
  • Resolve functional issues and support complex business scenarios related to benefits.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing configurations and suggest improvements.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of benefits functional components, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global or multi-country Workday Benefits implementations.">
  • Exposure to integrations with payroll or third-party benefits providers.">
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.">
