
Workday Benefits Consultant

As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and deploying Workday Benefits to meet client needs. In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients to understand their benefits administration requirements and design tailored solutions using Workday HCM and Benefits modules.
About the Job:- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configuration: Collaborate with clients to understand their benefits administration requirements and design tailored solutions using Workday HCM and Benefits modules.
- Implementation and deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of Workday Benefits, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Employee experience: Develop and maintain processes that enhance employee experience, improve time-to-hire, and reduce turnover rates.
- Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Benefits modules, with Workday HCM/Benefits certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (advanced degree preferred).
- Workday Benefits expertise:
- Hands-on configuration and administration of the Benefits module.
- Led multiple Open Enrollment cycles and supported life events.
- Workday HCM functional knowledge:
- Core HCM and Benefits plus hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, or Payroll (U.S. / Canada).
- Technical/analytics skills:
- Report creation, data extraction, and validation for accuracy and compliance.
- Understanding of Workday security roles and permissions.
- Familiarity with integrations between Workday and external benefits providers or payroll systems.
