Job Title : Workday Functional Consultant. Location : Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad. Job Type : Full-time.

Job Summary : . We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design and configure Workday business processes, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

The role requires expertise in Core HCM and knowledge of at least two other Workday modules, such as Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : .

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document Workday configuration requirements.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Workday business processes, reports, and security settings to meet business needs.
  • Provide expertise in Core HCM and have working knowledge of at least two additional Workday modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting).
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Workday.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and business processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, recommending system enhancements as needed.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications : .

  • 3-8 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and hands-on experience with at least two other modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting).
  • Experience in configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with system testing (unit, system, UAT) and troubleshooting issues in Workday configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Workday certification in HCM or additional modules.
  • Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations.
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting and integration methodologies.
