We are seeking a skilled Workday Benefits consultant to join our team in designing and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Benefits, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven commitment to customer success.
This role involves configuring and administering the Workday Benefits module, leading multiple Open Enrollment cycles and supporting life events, staying up-to-date on U.S. and Canada benefits systems, legislation, and regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance through report creation, data extraction, and validation, troubleshooting incidents, service requests, and configuration changes, and assessing Workday updates, adopting new features, and documenting solutions using ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and administer the Workday Benefits module
- Lead multiple Open Enrollment cycles and support life events
- Stay current on U.S. and Canada benefits systems, legislation, and regulations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance through report generation, data extraction, and validation
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and configuration changes
- Assess Workday updates, adopt new features, and document solutions using ticketing systems
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Benefits modules with Workday HCM/Benefits certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (advanced degree preferred)
