Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer experience from project initiation to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for region-specific issues and resolve them within committed timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate swift issue resolution.
  • Empower the team and hire top talent to enhance its capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to established process standards for consistent customer experiences.
  • Responsible for adhering to customer Move In Timeline, maintaining high Customer Overall CSAT Score, and resolving escalations efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Preferrably holds a degree from a reputable institution (NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools).
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills essential.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability necessary.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
