Job Description

The Campaign Manager is a key role in driving our business forward through strategic and creative marketing campaigns. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with design, content, sales, and product teams to guarantee campaign alignment with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
  • Real-Time Optimization: Optimize campaigns in real-time to enhance effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Project Management: Manage campaign timelines, resources, and budgets to guarantee successful delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools, and analytics/reporting tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, along with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
