Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to clients across various industries.

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining software products in client environments, ensuring seamless integration and operation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of storage hardware and software, including NAS and object systems. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes is also essential.

  • Manage and take ownership of client goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implement software products in client environments.
  • Manage and maintain software products in client environments.
  • Operate and use software products in client environments to achieve client objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and run custom reports for clients using data from software products and integrating it with other data repositories in the client environment.
  • Integrate software products with other applications and processes within client environments leveraging APIs and automation development.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position in an organisation that supports a client/server software environment.
  • Thorough understanding and project management skills for a professional services position.
  • Storage hardware and software knowledge of NAS and Object systems (NetApp, Dell EMC, Azure, AWS etc).
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
