We are looking for a skilled Technical Solution Expert to provide top-notch support and deliver exceptional customer value. This is a key role in our team where you will be responsible for handling complex technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers and partners on product configuration, performance, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues by working closely with Engineering and QA teams.
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, scripts, and lab environments to replicate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of the best possible customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders by sharing insights and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS and excellent knowledge of network and security concepts.
  • Deep expertise in switches, routers, and networking fundamentals.
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with 802.1x/NAC, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer success.
  • Able to manage multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
