Project Manager Job Summary

Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure and application deployment projects within a banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the deployment of infrastructure components and enterprise banking applications.
  • Oversee UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure or application deployment within the banking or financial sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud/hybrid environments, and deployment methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
