- Team Management:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of delivery riders, fostering a high-performance culture and minimizing attrition.
- Process Development:
- Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for delivery operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
