Delivery Fulfilment LeadOperational aspects Monitoring activity with team who receiving and checking sales orders Overseeing order confirmations to internal stakeholders Managing communication and strong reputation building with stakeholders both internal and external Coordinate with sales and marketing Managers for supplies scheduling deliveries customer commitments delivery considerations etc Leading team of personnel who undertakes order processing in ERP and invoicing goods to customers Co-ordination with warehouse teams for dispatch of goods through transporters Managing export shipments of replacement returnable FSCA material Liaise with transporters for delivery Troubleshoot delivery delays special handling requirements keeping close coordination with internal stakeholders for delivery of goods Providing consolidated dispatch details report to sales and marketing on daily basis Confirming overdue delivery status and updating POD in systems Taking monthly stock confirmation from 3PL warehouse across India Transporter bills checking and processing Managing global insurance of warehouse locations in global portals Managing insurance activities as single window for all insurance matters Managing all insurance communication single handed with global stakeholders Documentation related to claim settlement with the agencies Handling business escalations and customer queries Ensuring operations as per SOP applicable for DF profile Strategic Aspects Managing transport strategy with RFQ and rate quotations Focus on compliance in transport management Bringing cost economy by allotting shipments on negotiated rates with transporters Managing long term contractual relationships with transporters of parcel services express deliveries air shipments and FTL business Bringing efficiency in information flow by means of automations and innovations Develop ideas and new techniques for automations Periodical meetings with 3PL warehouse partners periodical warehouse visits Keeping track and visibility of Logistics spent on Project supplies Monthly Logistics KPI presentation and reporting to Geti Management Strategic dealing with Taxations matters E invoicing E way bills GST HS codes and other compliances related to Delivery fulfillment LI-FK1Delivery Fulfilment Lead
