Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining perfect order fulfillment. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure product or service delivery while maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process equipment, media, and/or consumables orders in defined ERP systems.
  • Interface with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, and credit/finance to ensure product or service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inputs for all orders (customer code, pricing, quantity, products, ship-to, bill-to, etc.).
  • Monitor invoicing and timely delivery at the customer site.
  • Release orders from credit hold in collaboration with the credit team.
  • Remove order blocks of various natures requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Creation of internal/demo orders by coordinating with channel partners/sales teams.
  • Interact closely with sales operations, supply chain, WH teams for product availability and inform customers on order status.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
