We're Hiring: E-Commerce Fulfillment & Logistics Associate

At Sammmm, we're building the go-to self-care lifestyle brand for Gen Z with a focus on rapid innovation, multichannel reach, and efficient operations. Join us at this early stage and help us scale our supply chain and fulfillment capabilities with high impact from Day 1.

What You'll Own:

Manage e-commerce order workflows using Unicommerce from order import to invoicing, inventory allocation, and return processing

Execute fulfillment operations via Shiprocket including creating AWB labels, defining courier routing rules, and managing COD/prepaid workflows

Raise, monitor, and reconcile Purchase Orders with suppliers

Track lead times, coordinate dispatch, and follow-up for timely deliveries

Maintain stock levels, track SKU movement, identify shortages, and coordinate with warehousing and 3PL partners

Perform data entry, update order/inventory data, and generate regular fulfillment reports

Liaise with customer operations to resolve order-related concerns

Support timely order fulfillment, reducing RTOs and improving customer satisfaction

What We Need:

Bachelor's degree with prior experience in e-commerce operations/logistics as a plus

Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment workflows including order-to-delivery cycles and return processes

Experience or exposure to Unicommerce, Shiprocket, or similar order/inventory management tools

Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data handling, basic formulas, and analytics

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Clear communication and collaboration skills

Analytical mindset for identifying issues and deriving insights

Comfortable with ambiguity and quick learning
