Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of high-quality investor servicing operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale engagements and have a proven track record of building strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and excellence within the investor servicing domain.
- Serve as primary liaison for global asset managers, leading governance forums and ensuring service alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee multiple service lines to ensure consistent delivery, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor team utilization, productivity, and commercial performance; track SLA adherence, KPIs, and performance scorecards to drive accountability.
- Maintain robust control frameworks to ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Lead process transformation through automation, technology adoption, and workflow optimization.
- Develop talent capabilities through structured training, cross-skilling, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, client centricity, and continuous improvement across teams and functions.
