Senior Fullstack Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and contribute to the launch of a new self-serve platform for customers. As a key member of the FAST-Engineering Team, you will work on building high-performance front-end web applications that support complex business rules/flows.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in front-end development using REACT, Node JS, and Javascript to design well-structured, scalable, and maintainable codebases. You will also collaborate with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to influence application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to helping others. They will be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, lead POCs, and demonstrate speed to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop front-end web applications using REACT, Node JS, and Javascript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement application features.
  • Leverage Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
  • Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the rest of the frontend team.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • IT implementation and project management experience with software development life-cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframe, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with Figma and similar software.
  • Experience in healthcare or related field is a plus.
