Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Tech Lead to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a high-impact in the fintech industry.

This role involves leading a team of backend developers and architecting large-scale systems using Golang, Kafka, and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have strong system design skills and experience building complex systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable systems, working with the product team to understand new features and projects, and guiding their team to build clean and efficient code.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with the team, take part in daily stand-ups and product backlog discussions, and help improve our CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect large-scale systems using Golang, Kafka, and AWS services.
  • Lead a team of backend developers and guide them to build clean and efficient code.
  • Work with the product team to understand new features and projects and figure out the best way to build them.
  • Take part in daily stand-ups and product backlog discussions to keep everyone aligned.
  • Help improve our CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4+ years in Golang.
  • Strong system design skills and experience building complex systems.
  • Good understanding of Kafka.
  • Proficient with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on with AWS (ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, EC2, Route 53).
  • Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience with at least one of these: Grafana (Loki, Tempo, Prometheus), New Relic, Sentry.
  • Can write basic automation scripts in Python or Shell.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
