  • Coordinate student clubs and activities
  • Support the planning of student-led initiatives
  • Track activities, club impact metrics, and manage logistics for events
  • Organize Masterclasses, Camps, and Mentorship Programs
  • Coordinate Industry Project logistics, student onboarding, and feedback
  • Manage outreach and scheduling for conferences
  • Plan and execute Mini Events
  • Cross-team collaboration for Cultural Events
  • Logistics and coordination for Competitions & Hackathons
  • Manage Sports Infrastructure usage & student access systems
