Expert Coastal Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to lead the development of key coastal infrastructure in the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of major port projects, working on critical infrastructure that requires expertise in coastal and marine engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coastal Engineering Leadership: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of breakwater systems for port infrastructure protection.
  • Project Coordination: Manage port expansion projects, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Hydrodynamics & Coastal Processes: Apply knowledge of hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact during construction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in coastal engineering, port development, or similar projects.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing coastal infrastructure, including knowledge of materials, hydrodynamics, and coastal processes.
  • Ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments to meet project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.E. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
  • Coastal Engineering Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working in challenging coastal environments or on similar projects.
