  • Project Management & Coordination: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies, to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.
  • Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure construction processes are aligned with environmental regulations and safety standards to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem and meet industry best practices.
  • Construction Supervision: Provide on-site guidance, troubleshooting, and decision-making during the construction phase, overseeing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of marine structures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.
  • Strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g., MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport.
  • Experience with risk management and ability to develop cost-effective and durable solutions for marine infrastructure.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable coastal development and be willing to work on high-profile port development projects in coastal regions.
