Structural Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Team Lead to oversee our structural engineering projects. This includes guiding a team of engineers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.

  • Lead the structural engineering team on multiple projects, allocating resources and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with industry codes and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for seamless project integration and effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering projects, with a strong understanding of structural design principles and building codes.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
