Structural Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for collaborating with project managers and construction managers to develop processes and procedures, delivering projects on time and within scope, and working closely with clients and design engineers to produce creative designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Director, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Work closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce innovative designs
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects
