We are seeking a Lead Structural Design Specialist with extensive experience in designing and analyzing complex structures to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analysis of reinforced concrete structures, including high-rises, stadiums, airports, and malls.
  • Coordination and negotiation of structural requirements with other trades.
  • Leadership of junior engineers and technicians to deliver quality drawings and documents.
  • Preparation of technical reports, presentations, and bill of quantities.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends and providing mentorship for freshers/juniors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in structural engineering from a reputed institute.
  • At least 8 years of core design experience in concrete/steel structures.
  • Good experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Python programming languages.
  • Experience in Gulf countries with international building codes.
