Job Title: Structural Repair Manual Specialist

  We are seeking an experienced Structural Repair Manual (SRM) specialist to join our team.

•Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and revise SRM IDs for various Airbus programs such as SA, LR, MB, and XWB.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Airbus standards, tools, and processes.
  • Utilize expertise with Airbus tools like SAP PCS module, SRM 3D ident, Zamiz, Airbus Supply, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI, and VPM.
  • Understand and implement impact analysis to create content that meets change requests.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior authors/illustrators and new employees on technical competence and process adherence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for rejections and implement preventive actions.
  • Design and develop content for knowledge and training sessions.
  • Review work orders completed by junior authors.
