  • Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning to drive high-impact projects globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product development with advanced analytics to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling for informed product strategies.
  • Develop automated data pipelines (Dataiku) for improved reporting efficiency and faster insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations for stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and SQL querying.
  • Mentor junior team members promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Essential Criteria:
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation of healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO datasets.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in quantitative disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills translating complex analytics into business recommendations.
