">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth & E-commerce to lead our e-commerce and q-commerce efforts, driving growth and optimizing ad spends. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building a growth engine that takes our brand into every Indian household.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies with leading digital shelves.
  • Owning performance marketing: Drive Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies with a focus on ROAS, ROI, and revenue.
  • Boost sales and conversions by monitoring daily/weekly sales, running smart promotions, and executing campaigns that drive results.
  • Optimize product listings, conversion funnels, and more to ensure Originally Desi wins visibility and trust.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform actionable growth plans.
  • Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
  • Explore new platforms, partnerships, and opportunities to scale the brand nationally and globally.
Your Background:
  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands, especially in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods.
  • Ability to balance numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards while thinking like a marketer.
  • Understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROAS, valuing brand equity and consumer love.
  • A desire to be part of a movement, not just a company, where tradition meets modern digital-first growth.
