
Global Expansion Director

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Director to spearhead our global expansion strategy.
This is a pivotal role that will oversee market research, develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage sales programs, and lead a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business development professional who can identify opportunities, establish strong relationships with international partners, and drive sales growth across different markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive global expansion strategy to promote our business setup and residency solutions.
- BUILDING, MANAGING, AND NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS, INCLUDING ACCOUNTING FIRMS, CONSULTING FIRMS, IMMIGRATION ADVISORS, TAX CONSULTANTS, TRAVEL AGENCIES, AND CORPORATE OFFICES.
- IDENTIFYING, ENGAGING, AND ONBOARDING NEW CHANNEL PARTNERS IN DIFFERENT REGIONS TO EXPAND OUR GLOBAL FOOTPRINT.
- DRIVING SALES GROWTH BY GENERATING QUALIFIED LEADS AND CONVERTING THEM INTO CLIENTS THROUGH STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AND PARTNERSHIPS.
- REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIRS, BUSINESS CONFERENCES, AND NETWORKING EVENTS TO PROMOTE SERVICES AND BUILD CONNECTIONS.
- CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES, TARGET MARKETS, AND POTENTIAL INDUSTRIES FOR EXPANSION.
- Negotiating and closing partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
- PROVIDING COUNTRY-SPECIFIC INSIGHTS ON REGULATIONS, MARKET ENTRY BARRIERS, AND PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
- COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL MARKETING AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO ALIGN SALES INITIATIVES WITH COMPANY OBJECTIVES.
- REGULARLY REPORTING ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS, MARKET INSIGHTS, AND SALES PERFORMANCE TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing partnership agreements and sales contracts.
- A deep understanding of global market trends and regulations, with the ability to provide country-specific insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
