Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align with our hotel's mission, vision, and values.
  • Housekeeping Management: Oversee the operation of the housekeeping department, including laundry and public space areas.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing levels and schedule employees accordingly. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the hotel operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Inventory and Purchasing: Oversee the management of inventory, purchasing, and cost control for linens, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including front office and engineering, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
