**Hospital Operations Leadership Opportunity**
We are seeking a visionary Hospital Operations Leader to oversee the management of our hospital operations and drive strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence to deliver high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, protocols, and performance improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and implement data-driven decision-making.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBBS with MBA in Hospital Administration (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in senior hospital administration.
- Proven track record of managing large hospital operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
