Centre Head Job Overview
We seek a seasoned and results-driven leader to manage our hospital unit's performance, strategy, and operational excellence.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, financial expertise, and people management skills to drive growth, efficiency, and long-term success.
The Centre Head will be responsible for leading the business and driving initiatives that enhance profitability, market share, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, annual budgets, and growth forecasts.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ethics, and compliance across teams.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Build a culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and continuous learning.
- Drive employee engagement and talent retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory: Medical Graduation.
- Preferred: Post-Graduation in Hospital Administration (MHA/MD) from a reputed institution.
- 15-20 years of progressive management experience in hospital/healthcare administration, with proven P&L accountability.
