Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PR Manager Hospitality to lead our hospitality division and develop creative strategies that align with client goals and public relations objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field, ideally within a PR or agency setting. They should possess a strong track record of successfully managing high-profile hospitality events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.

  1. Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Build relationships with media, pitch strategic stories, and elevate the organization's profile through high-impact placements.
  2. Lead Strategic PR Efforts: Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  3. Crisis Communication: Oversee crisis management strategy, ensuring rapid, effective responses to protect the organization's reputation.
  4. Content & Messaging Strategy: Create and review strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive messaging, maintaining brand alignment.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.
  6. Executive Communications: Prepare executives with media training, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances and press interactions.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the PR team, fostering growth, accountability, and high-quality output.
  8. Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact, presenting insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of public relations, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing PR efforts.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
