Job Overview
Spandana Hospital is seeking a dedicated Hospital Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Bangalore and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient hospital operations, maintaining a high standard of patient care, and handling various administrative duties. Candidates with strong skills in customer service management, crisis management, and operational efficiency are encouraged to apply.

- Proven experience in customer service management to enhance patient satisfaction and address inquiries effectively.
- Crisis management skills to handle unforeseen situations promptly and maintain operational stability (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in operational efficiency to streamline procedures and optimize resource utilization (Mandatory skill).
- Conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes and promote a harmonious work environment among staff and patients.
- Team leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a team to achieve departmental and hospital goals.
- Expertise in scheduling to ensure efficient workforce management and adequate staff coverage at all times.
- Complaint handling skills to address and resolve patient concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Competence in staff training to nurture and upgrade employee skills, contributing to overall hospital excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital and ensure that all departments are functioning efficiently.
- Provide leadership and support to staff to enhance team performance and ensure effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement operational policies that align with organizational goals and improve hospital workflow.
- Coordinate with department heads to oversee patient care quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Handle patient complaints and conflicts promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution while maintaining hospital standards.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold the hospitals commitment to patient safety and care.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
