Qualifications and Skills
- Acute Care Management (Mandatory skill) Ability to handle and oversee patients with acute illness and ensure proper care is administered promptly.

- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (Mandatory skill) Proficient in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and information retrieval.
- Clinical Decision Making Adept at making quick and accurate clinical decisions under pressure while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Emergency Response Techniques Capable of effectively responding to emergencies using best practice techniques to stabilize patients.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified in BLS, demonstrating the ability to perform lifesaving interventions in case of cardiac emergencies.
- Team Coordination Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
- Patient Communication Excellent communication skills for relaying critical medical information to patients and families clearly and compassionately.
