Job Overview

We are seeking duty doctors for Spandana Hospital's medical clinic located in Bengaluru. This full-time position is suitable for freshers, requiring no more than a year of experience. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with access to advanced healthcare facilities, focusing on providing superior patient care and handling emergencies with efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Urgent Care Expertise (Mandatory skill): Ability to provide immediate and efficient care in urgent medical situations.
  • Patient Management Systems (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in using patient management software to track and improve patient healthcare plans.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (Mandatory skill): Certification and skills to handle advanced cardiac emergencies.
  • Emergency Medicine: Strong foundation in handling and treating emergency medical situations effectively.
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR): Skilled in managing digital records and ensuring secure patient data handling.
  • Telemedicine Platforms: Experience in using telemedicine technology to deliver remote patient care.
  • Point-of-Care Ultrasound: Ability to conduct point-of-care ultrasounds for immediate assessment.
  • Crisis Management: Competence in handling medical crises with composure and efficiency.

  • Provide emergency and urgent care to patients promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Utilize telemedicine platforms to deliver remote consultations and follow-up care.
  • Perform point-of-care ultrasound for quick diagnostics and treatment planning.
  • Assist in the management and stabilization of cardiac emergencies using ACLS protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
