Front Desk Operations Manager

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive work experience in the industry.

This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostel, managing multiple facets of hotel operations, such as front office, housekeeping, human resource management, F&B, guest experience, R&M & engineering, security & safety, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deep understanding of hotel operations and ability to manage a hotel under a brand network.
  2. Knowledge of operational procedures and ability to optimize operations.
  3. Supervising multiple departments and human resources, ensuring smooth operations and high service quality.
  4. Motivating and mentoring staff, aligning them with company goals.
  5. Liaising with local authorities, vendors, and other departments to ensure a cordial relationship.

Qualifications:

  1. Hospitality graduate or post-graduate degree or diploma in hospitality.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or guest house environment.
  3. Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and excellent communication skills.
  4. Ability to relocate anywhere.
  5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
