Job Title: Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

Location: Maharashtra, India

About this role:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to work closely with the CEO and lead the company's operations. This person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets thru business partners, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the joint venture.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Ability to contribute to the company's growth and development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
