Job Title:

Electronics Division Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to oversee our power electronics division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.

About the Role:

The Electronics Division Director will oversee diverse functions including engineering, product development, market strategy, risk management, and team development to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as offer teams, to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation.
  • Market Strategy: Contribute to marketing efforts and support product offerings for specific markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D / plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Skilled in leading organizational development and driving change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.
