About the Role
Jiach Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling technical sales-related enquiries, and attending to field service duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation, electronics, or electrical engineering, with experience in the oil and gas industry. You will be required to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Provide Technical Support and Guidance to Customers.
- Attend to Field Service Duties, Including Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Drilling Equipment.
- Conduct Break-down Maintenance and Troubleshooting Jobs on Drilling Rigs, Platforms Onshore and Offshore.
- Test and Repair Customer-Owned Equipment in Workshop.
- Maintain Strong Customer Relationships and Identify New Business Opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to Work Independently and in a Team.
