In this role, you'll work closely with our team to identify and implement new technologies that enhance our systems and processes. You'll also provide technical support to our employees and collaborate with third-party software companies to optimize our existing infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN, internet, and Wi-Fi networks for optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues to minimize downtime and enhance business continuity.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in compliance with IT security policies.
- Conducting IT audits to assess system vulnerabilities, security risks, and compliance with industry standards.
- Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and operational efficiency.

- Tracking and managing IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring compliance with licensing and procurement policies.

- Implementing and maintaining data security measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Liasing with external vendors for hardware, software, IT services procurement, and compliance audits.
- Maintaining detailed records of IT operations, incidents, resolutions, and audit findings.
- Documenting IT workflows, configurations, SOPs, and ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
