Sales Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Lead. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the construction and allied industry.
Responsibilities
* Execute marketing activities and business development strategies to drive growth in the Mumbai territory
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and PMCs to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring they understand our products and services
* Identify and sell prospects to drive business growth and revenue expansion
Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction and allied industry
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to negotiate, establish, and administer relationships
* Proven performer with demonstrated excellence in their career journeys
* Strong project management skills, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and delivering results
* Ability to adapt to new places and build a rapport with people from other organizations
