We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized International Voice Process Engineer

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness, processing new orders on a web-based system, handling customer enquiries, and maintaining service levels and high levels of accuracy.

You will also be responsible for placing orders with our partners on a web-based order processing system, monitoring the status of these orders, and taking appropriate action depending on the status. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of activities in our internal systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with limited supervision, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

In terms of technical skills, you will need to have experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard, verifying/proofing entered data, and be proficient in basic computer operations. You will also need to have strong organizational skills and be highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error.
