Customer Support Role

We are seeking a professional to handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

You must have excellent verbal communication skills in English, as well as familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any stream with 2–4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support.
