**Job Title:** Power Platform Developer


We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting standards, and collaborating with stakeholders.


About the Role:


This position involves leading governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform. Key responsibilities include building and managing Power Platform environments, implementing DLP policies, partnering with vendors and stakeholders to design environment strategies, and developing mission-critical applications and Share Point solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Share Point solutions
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, Power Shell, and Graph API to automate administration

Technical Skills:


  • 5+ years experience with Share Point Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on skills in: Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization; Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development; Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
  • Experience with: Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API; Power Shell scripting and automation; Share Point administration & permissions
