Business Analyst Developer Position

This position is open for a highly skilled Business Analyst Developer who will be working on various projects that drive business innovation and digital transformation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, designing and building innovative business applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and providing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps) to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure and scalable data integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security to ensure the integrity of our solutions.
Core Competencies:
  • Technical: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
  • Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related domain.
