Below is the detailed JD.Power Platform & Share Point Developer (Governance & Automation Focus)Shift Timings: 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM.Relevant Experience: 5+ Yrs relevant experience Share Point Online and Power Platform.Strong experience in Governance and Power BI.About the RoleWe are seeking a Power Platform & Share Point expert with deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Share Point Online to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams.You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Share Point solutions.Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.Use tools like Co E Starter Kit, Pn P, Power Shell, and Graph API to automate administration.Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.
Technical Skills5+ years experience with Share Point Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Strong hands-on skills in:Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimizationPower Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and developmentPower Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensingExperience with:Dataverse, Co E Starter Kit, Graph APIPower Shell scripting and automationShare Point administration & permissionsExcellent communication and documentation skillsBonus Skills:Experience with: Share Gate, Jira, Nintex, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD
