Role Overview:

This Senior Microsoft Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

  • Lead the design and development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify project requirements
  • Offer technical expertise and assistance to the development team
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills

Add-On: Pune Lead Role:

  • Manage project conflicts and dynamic business requirements within the development team
  • Enhance developer efficiency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process
  • Improve DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks and CI/CD pipelines

Core Platform Governance:

  • Develop governance policies and procedures for a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment
  • Lead governance boards and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • Relevant certifications
  • 12-16 years of experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development
