As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for tracking market dynamics, cultivating, leveraging and maintaining customer relationships, and proactively determining customers' needs and potential opportunities for Industrial Steam Projects business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect market information, track forthcoming projects, and prepare project lists.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, organize presentations and seminars, and send product information mailers.
  • Identify potential customers, build and maintain relationships, and understand drivers for customers' business.
  • Continuously maintain and update market information, including competitors' activities, market and industry trends in the region.
  • Map customer organizations and supporters/non-supporters, handle contract negotiations, and attend techno-commercial discussions.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Minimum Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent technical degree.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment fundamentals (Steam Turbine).
  • Prior experience in selling high-value custom products.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of contracts.
