Lead Engineer - Static Timing Analysis (STA)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our team in the field of Static Timing Analysis (STA).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of STA tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex STA-related issues.
  • Design and implement efficient STA flows for complex digital designs.
  • Optimize and refine existing STA scripts and toolchains to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest STA trends, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in STA, preferably with a focus on digital design.
  • Expertise in Synthesis and STA, with a strong background in timing constraints.
  • Familiarity with Primetime or Tempus is highly desirable.
  • Excellent debugging skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or TCL.
  • Knowledge of multimode multi-corner timing analysis and clean-up techniques.
  • Understanding of top-level timing closure and sign-off processes.
  • Familiarity with Xtalk and OCV analysis.
