Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in mechanical engineering to lead our team's innovation efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop market research and competitor analysis reports to inform the design and integration of core mechanical components for laser machinery.
  • Understand mainstream manufacturing platforms and supply chains, providing continuous feedback to optimize product performance and configuration.
  • Ensure designs meet market demand with localized and personalized technical solutions implemented in new equipment.
  • Apply appropriate new technologies, processes, and solutions to local products and implement them on new machines.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD design software and have a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles with hands-on experience in finite element analysis (FEA).
  • Design additional configurations per contract requirements and customize standard machines with optional features based on client needs.
  • Handle after-sales design modifications for customized machines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Experience in R&D for laser cutting machines/ CNC machines/ woodworking machinery is a strong plus.
  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
