Job Title: Solar Engineering Project Lead

As a Solar Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of solar power plant engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of design engineers and draughts persons to manage engineering activities within budget and on time.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of engineering drawings and documents.
  • Reviewing drawings and checking design and sizing calculations of engineering electrical equipment.
  • Collaborating with multiple disciplines for ensuring inter-departmental checks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in civil and structural engineering covering control room buildings, transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, inverter rooms, grading, roads, and drainage.
  • Ability to review vendor engineering documents with respect to civil and structural designs.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability of multitasking and delivering multiple things on time.
