Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Engineering & Maintenance located in Surat. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering and maintenance projects, leading a team of engineers, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring the integration of systems and processes. The role involves ensuring all projects adhere to established standards and are completed on time.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
  • Competence in Project Management and Integration
  • Experience with Solar module manufacturing facility is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
